Frequently Asked Questions

Why choose a natural deodorant balm?
  • Natural product : No aluminum salts or questionable chemicals.
  • More economical : A deodorant balm of 30g = 2 to 3 industrial deodorants, depending on the frequency of use.
  • More practical : The deodorant balm does not take up space and is easily stored.
  • More environmentally friendly : No aerosol bottle needed. A small glass jar = 2 to 3 plastic aerosol vials.
What is the difference between a natural deodorant balm and an antiperspirant?

The deodorant balm is not an antiperspirant and allows the skin to breathe. It regulates excess sweating in the long term thanks to its mattifying active ingredients, but does not block it completely because the skin naturally needs to breathe.

Antiperspirants, on the other hand, contain aluminum salts (the amount of which is not regulated) that clog pores to block sweating. As a result, the skin is deprived of physiological function, no longer breathing and suffers irritation or even the appearance of pimples / cysts.

In addition to clogging pores, aluminum salts are suspected of being endocrine disruptors.

How to successfully transition to a natural deodorant balm?

Industrial deodorants/antiperspirants contain a large number of harmful products, such as aluminum salts.

These ingredients act as "misery covers" by blocking perspiration, but do not deeply purify the skin or prevent odor.

As a result, the transition to the natural deodorant balm can seem confusing during the first uses because your skin will need a time to adapt.

The latter varies from person to person. (Allow 1 day to a week)

Can the deodorant balm be used by a pregnant woman?

Yes. This product does not contain essential oil and can be used by pregnant and lactating women.
