1. Scope of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The following general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the www.aloya.ma website.
The buyer acknowledges having read it before validating his order.
In case of modification, it will be applied to each order the general conditions of sale in force on the day of the order.

2. Product Availability
Our product offers and prices are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks. The items offered are available for sale, items being replenished are indicated in the product description, and you are notified when placing your order.

3. Validation of orders and electronic signature
A sale is concluded as soon as there is agreement on the goods and the price.
When the buyer validates an order, he automatically receives a confirmation email.

Any order of a product offered on the online store www.aloya.ma supposes the consultation and express acceptance of these general conditions of sale, without however this acceptance being conditioned by a handwritten signature on the part of the buyer.
It is recalled that the validation of the purchase order constitutes an electronic signature which has, between the parties, the same value as a handwritten signature.

4. Prices
The prices of our products are indicated in dirhams TTC excluding shipping costs and customs fees in case of export.
Aloya.ma reserves the right to modify its prices during the year but undertakes to apply the rates in force that will have been indicated to you at the time of your order, subject to availability on that date.

5. Terms of Payment
Aloya.ma offers two payment methods.

  • Wire transfer:

The customer can proceed to the payment of his order by bank transfer. To do this, he just has to make the transfer to our account.
After making the transfer, the customer must send the proof of payment accompanied by the order number by e-mail to [email protected]
The order will be processed after receipt of the proof of payment and sent directly after receipt of the transfer. It takes an average of 48 working hours for the money to be transferred.

  • Cash on delivery: 

The customer can proceed to the payment of his order on delivery, in cash or by credit card.

6. Retention of title clause
The products remain the property of DALOYA SARL until full receipt of the order. It is expressly agreed between the parties that the transfer of ownership of the ordered goods becomes effective as soon as they leave our warehouses.
The buyer therefore agrees to accept all risks, in particular those relating to transport.

7. Intellectual Property
All texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on the site are reserved under copyright and intellectual property.
Any reproduction, even partial, of our models is strictly prohibited and exposes offenders to the sanctions provided for by intellectual property law without prior authorization from DALOYA SARL

8. Non-Payment
DALOYA SARL reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from a consumer who has not fully or partially paid for a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is being administered.

9. Terms of delivery and delivery time

The products are delivered to the delivery address that the buyer indicates during the ordering process. Order shipping costs are offered for orders over 450 DHS on the www.aloya.ma website.
Below 450 DHS TTC, the delivery costs are 35 DHS.

Orders placed before 11am are shipped the same day, whenever possible.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

The delivery time varies between 48h and 72h, depending on the destination.

The company Chronodiali ensures the delivery of your packages, with tracking code.
It is essential to include a telephone number that can be reached when placing your order. Otherwise, the delivery person will be unable to deliver your package.

If it is impossible to deliver the package, it will return to the seller after three attempts at contact and delivery. The costs of a second shipment will be borne by the buyer.
If, after three delivery attempts and having paid by bank transfer, the buyer is not reachable, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund of the buyer's order.
If the buyer has taken advantage of free delivery during the validation of his order, the shipping costs will be invoiced.

DALOYA SARL can not be held responsible for a possible delay in delivery in case of force majeure, bad weather, flood, fire, strike of transport services, etc ...

In case of non-delivery of an order or part of an order, the buyer has a maximum of 2 months (from the date of departure of the package) to manifest.
Beyond this period, no claim will be accepted.
From the moment the package is delivered, it is considered to have been effectively delivered to the customer.

10. Right of withdrawal : 

According to Article 30 of the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has a period of 7 days from the date of delivery of his order to assert his right of withdrawal.

Any claim made after this period will not be accepted. 
To do this, the customer must contact DALOYA SARL to inform him of his intention to withdraw by e-mail to

 Once the goods have been received and verified by DALOYA SARL, the customer will be refunded via the same method of payment made to pay for his order no later than 15 days following his request. Shipping costs are deducted from the refund.
Only products returned in their original condition, i.e. undamaged, intact and in their original packaging will be refunded. The costs of returns will be borne by the customer. 

The customer will be notified by e-mail once the transaction has been completed.


11. Provisions of the Data Protection Act

At any time, you have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning you.

You can send us the request by email.

DALOYA SARL undertakes not to disclose to third parties the information communicated by buyers and visitors to the site. These are confidential. They will only be used by the company for the processing of the order and to facilitate communication through the newsletter.

To ensure the best service and the smooth running of the ordering and delivery process, DALOYA SARL collects some of your personal data, namely surname, first name, postal address, email address and telephone number.

This data is essential for the proper processing and follow-up of your orders
Your first and last name are used to identify you
Your postal address ensures the delivery of your order
Your email address is used for account creation confirmation, order and payment confirmation and the sharing of additional information relating to your order (unavailability of a product, late delivery, etc.). It is also used to keep you informed of news and our promotions (unless you object).
Your phone number keeps you informed of the delivery of your order.

Other data, namely information about the products purchased, purchase history or payment method are collected. 13. Attribution of jurisdiction / disputes

This contract is governed, for its interpretation and execution, by Moroccan law. DALOYA SARL cannot be held liable for damages of any kind, whether material, immaterial or corporal, which may result from the misuse of the products marketed. The responsibility of DALOYA SARL will be limited to the amount of the order and can not be questioned for simple errors or omissions that could have remained despite all the precautions taken in the presentation of the products.

Disputes must be brought before the competent court of the defendant's domicile. For the execution of these terms and conditions and their consequences, the parties elect domicile at their domicile.
